It is easy to fall in love with this house for the tranquility that you "breathe", for the large outdoor spaces (2,000 m2 of land) and its strategic location. It is located just outside the village centre and you can reach the sea in 10 minutes on foot, which is only 900 metres away and can also be admired from the terrace. A few kilometers away there are shops, bars and restaurants. Located halfway between San Teodoro and Orosei, you can easily reach the wonderful beaches in the area, including some of the most beautiful in the whole of Sardinia.

The two-room apartment and the one-room apartment were completely renovated in September 2023 including the furnishings. The apartments are equipped with everything you need for your stay (linens, dishes, personal hygiene products), except beach towels and foodstuffs. Each apartment has a large outdoor space equipped with a sofa, sunbed, table and chairs which can be used as a solarium in the morning hours, or for aperitifs and outdoor dinners in the shaded hours of the afternoon. Furthermore, in the common outdoor area there is an outdoor shower, barbecue and hydromassage tub.
