Very high dunes of very fine white sand meet with a very clear, light blue sea with shallow and safe seabeds, perfect for children. The beach is very wide and forms a single coastline with the "S'ena e Sa Chitta" beach, not crowded and very liveable even in high season. From the beach you can reach a small island called Isola Rossa (Isola Ruja), a red porphyry rock that can be reached on foot or by swimming.

It is a limited park of 860 hectares which contains five dream coves and a dense forest of junipers, holm oaks and Aleppo pines. Entry by car or motorbike is limited from May to October, therefore it must be booked at the cooperative that manages the park, while there is no limit for those arriving by bike or on foot (it takes about 20 minutes from Berchida beach) , but a regulation must be respected to safeguard this corner of paradise. The park includes numerous paths within the park but the real attraction are the five coves of very fine white sand interspersed with red granite rocks. The very clean sea has a turquoise color and its seabed is always shallow and safe. Inside the park there are refreshment points with kiosk bars and picnic areas.

The beach of the medieval village of Posada is surrounded by an uncontaminated natural setting.
